Join us for a Paint & Sip event with Belva in our tasting room on March 7th! Dream of warm weather by the water and paint a beautiful secluded beach scene. Belva will guide this class while you sip on a wine or cocktail flight. Class includes all the supplies, a flight, and your own work of art to bring home. Join us on March 8th, for another round of trivia hosted in our tasting room from 1pm-3pm with April! The top 3 teams with the highest score win a prize! No reservations are required.

Join us for an afternoon filled with good vibes, good drinks, and of course live music! On March 15th, Tim Iversen will be back at our tasting room performing live music from 1pm-3pm. No reservations are required

Soap and Sip with Mineral Springs Soap | May 4th from 1pm-3pm

In this hands-on Soap & Sip workshop, you’ll learn the art of cold-process soapmaking while enjoying a delicious beverage and snacks. Choose your own colors and scents, mix up your batch, and admire your handmade creation perfect for pampering yourself or gifting! No experience needed, just bring your creativity and a love for good company! All soapmaking materials and supplies will be provided; no prior experience is necessary. You will need to pick up your soap from our Cobleskill shop or from Montezuma Winery (Cooperstown) about one week after the class (fresh soap is not set up enough to safely transport!)

SAFETY NOTE: This is an 18+ class due to the use of lye (sodium hydroxide). Cold process soap requires a month to cure before use. Safety goggles and gloves will be available to share, but feel free to bring your own if preferred. Get your tickets here!
